Cancellation Policy

Okanagan Bucktail Co. Booking & Cancellation Policy At Okanagan Bucktail Co., we strive to provide the best possible fishing experience while ensuring fairness and flexibility for our guests. Please review our policies before booking your trip. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - We require a **minimum of 72 hours' notice** for cancellations. - Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit. - A **non-refundable deposit of 25%** is required at the time of booking. - Deposits can be used toward **rescheduling** a future trip if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. Weather-Related Cancellations - If unsafe weather conditions arise, we will work with you to **reschedule your trip** for a later date that suits your schedule. - If rescheduling is not possible, we will discuss alternative options.
